Returns Policy As our products are personalised, we only offer returns/refunds on items where the printing is in correct, or damaged upon arrival - not if you simply change your mind. Items need to be returned for a refund or may be disposed of at our discretion. Paper products are sent securely between thick, hard cardboard which won't bend in the post. Chocolates are sent by express post with thermal protection in the warmer months. Postage may be higher during the summer time to account for extra packaging necessary to safely post your chocolates.
Every effort is taken in securely posting your items. We use proven and trusted methods and it is very unusual for items to be damaged in the post.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship chocolates to Australia only, but name meanings and paper products can be shipped internationally. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
