1. What chocolate do you use?
For our regular chocolate bars (90g), we use a professional chocolatier in perth who creates our bars and wraps them in coloured foil for us. Mini Chocolates are Terry's Twilights after-dinner mints or plain milk chocolate using cadbury products (custom-made).

2. Is the chocolate included with the wrappers?
Yes our prices include the chocolate bars, unless you buy from the "Wrappers & Foil Pouches" section, where you only buy the wrappers and foil pouch to wrap your own favour.

4. What type of paper do you use?
Our products are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade papers that could not be duplicated on personal home printers. We will be happy to add your personalised information of choice to any wrapper for no additional fee's.  We offer a free sample on the home page.

5. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by Paypal, cheque, direct deposit and money orders.

6. What method of shipping will be used to mail any order?
Mintbooks, water bottle labels and all other printed matter are sent by Normal Post or optional express post. Chocolates are always sent by Express Post which takes 1-2 days to arrive at the destination.  During the warmer months, we only ship chocolate orders on Monday and Tuesday's.  We strongly suggest a cooler with ice packs AND Express shipping due to the fact that it is more likely for the chocolate bars to melt when using normal delivery.  EXPRESS POST IS DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR - It is very important especially in the warmer months that someone is home to accept delivery as they will leave it at your door if no-one is home.  If no-one will be there, please use a post box number if possible or let us know so that we can request your parcel be kept at the post office prior to despatch.

7. Do I need a cooler?
During the warmer months, we use an insulated bag and ice packs to ensure the chocolate doesn't melt.  This may incur an additional charge and will show up at checkout.  

8. How do I place an order?
You can order easily by filling out the details on each product's page.

9. How long does it take to receive my order?
Typically your order will be mailed out within 2 weeks from the time we receive your order. If you require the product sooner, please tell us in the comments section of your order and we can usually accommodate your request. 

10. How do I store my order of chocolate bars once received?
Please keep them in a cool dry place, do NOT put them in the refrigerator or freezer. 

11.  Can you ship my purchase to someone else?
Yes, at checkout there is a "ship to" option.  

12.  Where do you ship to?
We ship chocolates to Australia only, all printed matter can be shipped internationally.
